Choosing the Right Therapist is Important!
Life is difficult. Sometimes you just need a safe place to talk. A place where your concerns are taken seriously. Maybe your current relationships feel like they're going nowhere. Wouldn't it be great if you could talk to someone who can relate to your situation and provide feedback that is actually helpful?
You know that if you could just get yourself in the right environment, you would be able to maximize your potential. I'm here to help you explore - both personally and professionally - what it will take for you to live your best life.
I can help with a variety of issues, such as finding more effective ways to deal with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or your relationships.
Andy has an eclectic approach to working with individuals and couples, and he is currently studying the process of Emotionally Focused Therapy with Couples.
