Dr. Pearce is well-versed in a variety of psychological theories, and enjoys using his knowledge to help individuals and couples untangle the web of thoughts (and feelings) that could be keeping them stuck.

When small children are unhappy, no one else is happy either.
Be it the pain and helplessness of watching a little child who is sad day after day, or the frustration of dealing with a child’s behavior problem, everyone wants childhood to be the happy, exciting time we all know it should be.
Thankfully, most of the time the solution is easier than you think.
Dr. Pearce has worked with kids at all age levels. He is available for consultation and evaluation with parents, preschools, and home schooling groups.
Dr. Pearce earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Psychology at Texas Tech University, where he studied the processes involved in marriage counseling. During his pre-doctoral internship, Dr. Pearce worked with children who were victims of physical and sexual abuse. He also spent five years observing and testing children as part of a research project on early childhood development.
He is a prelicensed professional, now working toward his requirements for licensure. He is a Psychological Assistant (PSB34502) and is supervised by Dr. Smith, Licensed Psychologist (PSY21711).
